Creation notes

I originally designed this tool to help with my own story trepidation during kinktober 2021. Finding that I was getting stuck on the logistics and anxieties about picking certain genders to go with certain types of monsters and their proclivities, I decided to create a small random generator that tackled this feeling.

I spent a good few months compiling lists of monsters, kinks, pronouns, gender expressions and genders. I spent time learning more about CSS and Javascript than I thought I would need. Then, I put my knowledge to the test, and here we are!

Delay

On the final day of paining my room, the night before the release of the generator... I ended up falling. With 3 hours to launch and a newly very severely sprained knee and elbow, I couldn't put it out on time - or so I thought. On the first opportunity, I went to the hospital and waited for x-rays. Now I'm waiting for follow up care with my GP.

In the meantime, I was still able to make the uploading and release of Monstrous Kink happen then, anyway!
